विंटर लाइन कार्निवाल की सतरंगी छटा से महकेगी पहाड़ों की रानी मसूरी, पर्वतीय गाॅधी बडोनी को समर्पित रहेगा कार्निवाल
मसूरी। मसूरी विंटर लाइन कार्निवल 2025 उत्तराखंड राज्य के प्रेरणास्रोत, पर्वतीय गांधी इंद्रमणि बडोनी जी को उनकी 100वीं जयंती के उपलक्ष में समर्पित होगा। यह कार्निवल पारंपरिक स्वरूप में आयोजित किया जाएगा, जिसमें उत्तराखंड के स्थानीय कलाकार और बॉलीवुड की झलक दिखाई जाएगी। यह कार्निवल 24 दिसंबर से 30 दिसंबर तक चलेगा। इस वर्ष प्रशासन ने समय रहते कार्निवल की तैयारियाँ शुरू कर दी हैं, जिसकी बैठक में सराहना की गई।
उल्लेखनीय है कि केदारनाथ आपदा के बाद उत्तराखंड में पर्यटन व्यवसाय लगभग चौपट हो जाने के बाद, उत्तराखंड में सुरक्षित पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए 2013 में मसूरी कार्निवल की शुरुआत की गई थी। यह कार्निवल पर्यटकों को आकर्षित करने में सफल रहा। बैठक में सभी ने इस बात पर सहमति व्यक्त की कि इस आपदा ने मसूरी और पूरे उत्तराखंड राज्य को बुरी तरह प्रभावित किया है। इसलिए, इस वर्ष भी 2013 की तरह ही एक उच्च-गुणवत्ता वाला आयोजन किया जाना चाहिए।
बैठक की अध्यक्षता उपजिलाधिकारी राहुल आनंद ने की। श्री आनंद ने बताया कि मसूरी विंटरलाइन कार्निवाल 2025 की यह पहली बैठक थी, जो जनता के बहुमूल्य सुझावों के साथ संपन्न हुई। कार्यक्रमों को अंतिम रूप देने और कार्निवाल के समयबद्ध प्रचार-प्रसार हेतु अगली बैठक शीघ्र ही आयोजित की जाएगी।
बैठक में नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष श्रीमती मीरा सकलानी, मसूरी होटल एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष संजय अग्रवाल, उत्तराखंड होटल एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष संदीप साहनी, मसूरी ट्रेडर्स एंड वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष रजत अग्रवाल, भाजपा संस्कृति प्रकोष्ठ के प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष राजेंद्र रावत, उफतारा के संस्थापक अध्यक्ष प्रदीप भंडारी, संस्कृतिकर्मी अनिल गोदियाल, मसूरी स्पोर्ट्स एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष सूरत रावत सहित कई अन्य लोगों ने महत्वपूर्ण सुझाव दिए। विभिन्न विभागों के प्रतिनिधि भी उपस्थित थे।

Mussoorie. The Mussoorie Winter Line Carnival 2025 will be dedicated to the inspiration of the state of Uttarakhand, the mountain Gandhi Indramani Badoni. The carnival will be held in a traditional format, featuring local artists from Uttarakhand and a touch of Bollywood. The carnival will run from December 24th to December 30th. This year, the administration has begun preparations for the carnival in a timely manner, which was praised at the meeting.
It is noteworthy that the Mussoorie Carnival was started in 2013 to promote safe tourism in Uttarakhand, after the tourism business in Uttarakhand had virtually collapsed following the Kedarnath disaster. The carnival was a success in attracting tourists. Everyone at the meeting agreed that the disaster had severely impacted Mussoorie and the entire state of Uttarakhand. Therefore, a high-quality event, similar to the one in 2013, should be held this year.
The meeting was chaired by Sub-Divisional Magistrate Rahul Anand. Mr. Anand stated that this was the first meeting of the Mussoorie Winterline Carnival 2025, which concluded with valuable suggestions from the public. The next meeting will be held soon to finalize the programs and promote the carnival in a timely manner.
In the meeting, Municipality President Mrs. Meera Saklani, Mussoorie Hotel Association President Sanjay Agarwal, Uttarakhand Hotel Association President Sandeep Sahni, Mussoorie Traders and Welfare Association President Rajat Agarwal, BJP Culture Cell State Vice President Rajendra Rawat, Uftara Founder President Pradeep Bhandari, cultural activist Anil Godiyal, Mussoorie Sports Association President Surat Rawat, and many others offered important suggestions. Representatives from various departments were present.
